Dorota Pilarczyk is a banking law and disputes specialist, who helps in seemingly lost arguments and is able to win a positive outcome for her Clients. She is engaged in vindication processes as well. In the times when banks, describing themselves as institutions of public trust, are in reality interested in their own profit only, a Legal Counsel is needed for the justice to be brought to people.
She attained knowledge and experience at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Silesian University. As it comes to the experience itself, it had been gained, i.a., during counseling application at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Katowice. After its completion, Dorota Pilarczyk worked several years in a well-known and respected law firm in Gliwice. Her list of achievements is topped by international experience, gained thanks to the cooperation with Black Pearl Investment Fund.
Privately, a happily married mother of two, who spends the remains of her spare time working out hard at the gym and doing her best at the tabata trainings.
Tadeusz StasiakLegal Counsel. Specialization: civil and transport law.
Tadeusz Stasiak has a long-term experience as the legal counsel, as he has been engaged in the job since 2010. Four years after he’d started, Tomasz was already an owner of his own law firm. Today he is a partner of LexNord.
Tadeusz Stasiak is specialized in civil and transport law. He provides legal service to commercial law companies, counselling as early as at the very first stage of their creation. He is a consultant during structural shifts and creates vital internal documentation. He is an adviser during the process of trade agreements creation as well as during negotiations. Tadeusz efficiently represents our Clients in forensic disputes, mainly within the civil and transport law which for him hides no secrets. Additionally, he possesses an extensive experience in social insurance disagreements, which has been gained by representing individuals in disputes with their employers as well as by representing individuals applying for social insurance payments.
Tadeusz is a social activist. Between 2011 and 2015 he was a chairman in Stare Tarnowice District Board in the city of Tarnowskie Góry, and since November 2014 he has been a counsellor of Tarnowskie Góry City Council in which he is the leader of The Rule of Law and Security committee.
Joanna ZielińskaLawyer. Specialization: civil partnerships law and commercial arbitration.
Joanna Zielińska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Silesian University in Katowice which she had completed with great results. Since 2015 she has been included on the list of District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Katowice. She takes part, as a jury member, in numerous competitions for law students of Moot Court type, domestically as well as abroad, where she is proud to represent Poland.
Joanna is predominantly focused on economic law related issues, the law of civil partnerships and commercial arbitration.
Outside work, she is interested in international relations, cinematography and Latin dance.
Agnieszka Dudek-NiestrójTrainee legal advisor. Specialization: civil and economic law.
Agnieszka Dudek-Niestrój is graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice. Since 2018 she has been trainee legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
Agnieszka Dudek-Niestrój specialises in civil law, particularly in contract law. She is interested in legal services for business entities, law related to real estate transactions, as well as construction law and investment process.
In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, rollerblading and participating in ballroom dancing classes.
Joanna SchodzińskaSpecialization: compensation and transport law.
Joanna Schodzińska is a specialist with a wide knowledge on compensation and transport law. She has been actively engaged in cooperation with LexNord for 6 years. Her largest achievements are focused around transport and civil law.
After work, Joanna spends time with her family, plays tennis and relaxes by the sounds of good music.
